Making a Purchase
Browse our online store and add any products that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished adding products, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to provide a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. If you have a discount code enter it at CHECKOUT.
Payment
We accept payment via most Debit & Credit Cards currently our secure epayments are handled by HSBC.
Guarantee
All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. You can return your item to us in A1 condition unused (as sold with tags still on) for a refund. Faulty products will always be refunded or replaced (subject to stock availability) within 14 days.
We do not however, accept responsibility for accidental/intentional damage. All products are checked by our quality control team prior to despatch to ensure that they are in full working order.
Postage/Delivery
UK - 1st Class delivery is used as standard. Delivery takes between 1-3 working days (unless a product is on back order). We use the services of Royal Mail as standard. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of the order being received & payment confirmed. Where FREE P&P has been advertised this will use the Royal Mail 2nd class service as standard (delivery 2-5 working days).
EUROPE - Airmail is used as standard. This service covers the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Italy, Irish Republic, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland.
Rest of the World - USA, Canada, Argentina
Returns/Refund
Refunds will be given for any reason as long as your product is reurned unused in A1 saleable condition. Even if you just don't like it - we can't be more fair! Refunds will be made in the same way as the purchase method without exception.
Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (www.hmso.gov.uk). We hope that you do not wish to return product to us, however, if you do we will return the cost of goods only.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely. We advise that you always use a form of recorded delivery if the item is valued over £36.00. Proof of posting is usually sufficient under this value using 1st or 2nd class mail, but it is at your risk. You will be contacted once goods are received back in stock & checked. If they are in A1 condition your refund will be processed (may take up to 48 hours).
Tax
For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is included in the price you see advertised. There are no additional costs to pay regarding tax.

Where reference has been made to designer names such as Chanel, Fendi etc Secret Handbag wishes to express that there is no connection whatsoever with these designers/companies. The style of the bags sold on this site are simply inspired by those deisgner creations which are original and the property of the design house. If you buy a designer inpsired bag there are no claims that it is original whatsoever.
Authentic Designer Goods
Where we state that a product is authentic, we stand by this in good faith as such products have been supplied to us as authentic. If you do not agree then please follow the returns policy or contact us by email to discuss.
Colour
Colour variations are possible due to the nature of the various fabrics/materials used. Please allow for slight variations when viewing products via our website. We do try to describe the colours as accurately as possible.
Out of Stock
If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will endeavour to try and back order it for you (subject to availability). You will be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you do not want to wait for the product to come into stock & a full refund will be given.
