Following a purchase of item(s) from our website (you will have been given a clear description about each item prior to purchase) you are entitled to return for a full refund of the product price excluding any postal charges.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with the item you have purchased you have 10 working days from date of receipt to return the item to us. This is your right according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 where you have a 7 working day cooling off period. You will not be entitled to a refund if the product you have purchased is personalised, made to measure/order or is perishable.
Items must be received back at our registered address and will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, not damaged and are fit for resale in the original packaging and are complete with tags.
If items are deemed damaged by us and not fit for resale then we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If items are fit for sale but not in perfect condition then we reserve the right to give a partial refund less 20% of the original purchase price.
Refunds will be processed by crediting the debit or credit card (or PayPal) used to make the original purchase and you will be notified that we have received your item(s) within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods. Please note your credit can take up to 28 days to show on your card statement (PayPal is usually much quicker). No other method will be used.
A refund will be given for the amount paid for the product only. Where a shipping charge has been applied to the original order this will not be refunded by us.
To return a product you are responsible for the cost of the postage back to us (we advise that your product is insured in case you need to make a claim against Royal Mail or chosen courier for lost or delayed mail). As a minimum we advise you obtain proof of postage.
All products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
If your product becomes faulty within this time period we will refund or exchange. After 6 months if your item becomes faulty we would deem this to be past a point at which fair wear and tear has been exceeded.
