What are your postal/shipping charges?

Our postal charges are based on weight unless we have a promotion running where shipping charges may vary.  We feel that this is a fair way to charge for postage on our products so that you do not over-pay!  Your postage will be calculated at check out once we know where the product will be posted to.

Are my personal details secure?

Your details are only stored & used by us for the purposes of completing & shipping your item transaction.  They are NOT shared with any third party.  Your payment details are handled by HSBC Bank plc on our behalf.  We do NOT store any card details & take this part of the business very seriously for your protection and ours.

When will my item(s) be shipped/delivered?

Once your order has been received, accepted and paid for the item(s) will usually be shipped within 24 hours.  You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days from the date of shipping.  If you live outside of the UK it may take a little longer.  Europe is estimated to be 3-4 working days and the rest of the world is expected to be 5-6 working days.  If you are not in when Royal Mail deliver (UK customers) you will be left a card telling you to collect your parcel at your local post office.

Can you deliver to a different address?

Yes, but the payment method used must match the invoice/billing address.  Your card details must be registered at the address you prodive us for billing purposes.  We will use our discretion and if we suspect a delivery address to be suspicious/fraudulent we will cancel the order automatically.

Telephone Orders

You can call us directly (or email us and we'll call you back) to place your order by phone.  This service is only available to customers with a valid UK post code.  Call us on 01430-471087 Monday - Friday between 9.30am and 4pm to place your order.  Once your order has been authorised by our secure payment host HSBC bank plc we will despatch your order.  You will be sent a confirmation email regarding the status of your order.
